VFX Hunters is an independent post-production studio offering remote editing, computer graphics, visual effects, and sound design. Based globally and servicing high-tier brands, artists, and creators, all engagements are coordinated through our digital communication pipeline.
Clients retain full intellectual property rights to all raw video files, audio tracks, and assets provided to VFX Hunters. VFX Hunters retains the rights to all original project configuration files, custom-coded visual effects setups, and proprietary editing templates created during production.
By contracting VFX Hunters, the client grants the studio an irrevocable, non-exclusive license to utilize sections of the finalized media and underlying visual work inside professional showreels, portfolios, case studies, and studio social channels solely for self-promotional purposes.
Project schedules, delivery dates, and review pipelines are formally agreed upon prior to project initiation. VFX Hunters pledges high-fidelity, color-accurate output adhering to modern formatting benchmarks. Feedback cycles are restricted to the mutually defined quota in client agreements.
VFX Hunters maintains private backup repositories for ongoing client projects. However, the studio is not an archive facility. Upon project completion and final asset handover, clients are solely responsible for archiving the final products and source footage. VFX Hunters disclaims all liability for data loss or damage to files left on our active servers for longer than 30 days post-delivery.
These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the studio's primary corporate representation operates.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients. We only collect minimal personal data required to deliver video production, including contact names, brand affiliations, professional email addresses, phone metadata, and project content.
All project files are uploaded, stored, and managed through private Google Drive sharing directories. These folders are set to secure invite-only status to protect client privacy. Folders containing proprietary or unreleased material will not be made public without prior written sign-off.
We strictly never rent, sell, or trade user data under any circumstances. Clients may contact us at info@vfxhunters.com at any time to request data copy logs or request the wipe and destruction of backup project folders.
